“Barack Obama, who has chosen to live his adult life in university precincts, sees … Americans generally as victims who need his help, people who would be better off dependent on government than on their own. Most American voters don’t want to see themselves that way and resent this condescension.” –political analyst Michael Barone
The ever infamous Jack Frost has ruined employment for Americans in the month of February. He huffed a big puff, and the snow storms that enveloped the US kept many out of work. This is un-American, and a threat to our financial strength and security according to the Department of Homeland Security. Because of this, Jack Frost is on the terrorist most wanted list. Now, I can no longer ask him to keep my drinks cold on the plane trips to Vegas.
In support of this position, California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has called for Jack Frost to “chill out.” The Obama administration rebuffed this statement by asking Jack Frost to warm up to the idea of Global Warming.
The Obama administration is blaming upcoming bad unemployment numbers on the storms that plummeted the nation in February. Their argument is that the snow closed businesses and less people were able to work. But, I thought the Government offices were closed, too? So, if folks were unable to work due to snow, they were also unable to report to the unemployment office to be counted. People that already had a job would have returned to work instead of going to the Unemployment offices after the snow melted.
All of this means that the unemployment numbers are neutral. The snow did not increase the unemployment number because snowed in people can not file for unemployment. The number of unemployed increased because those people who did not have jobs when the snow hit did not have a job once the snow melted. In other words, either people have a job or do not have a job – irregardless of what evil things Jack Frost did.

Against the wishes of the American people, King Obama still tells us that “…another year of negotiations…” will not matter. Negotiation involves input from both sides of an argument. So far, Democrats and Obama have been dedicated to not listening to any opposing views. That is not negotiations, that is coercion. That is tyranny.
Democrats know that they are going to be creamed at the ballot box this year. Obama knows he will not have another chance to manhandle such legislation through. Now is the time for Democrats to move. This will be the last time in a generation to get this passed.
But, timing is everything. Now is just not the right time to force something on Americans. We want to be fat and happy. Unemployed and underemployed Americans are not fat and happy. Americans are not happy unless they have a job – a good job, please. Therefore, Americans will go to the ballot box to reverse the imposition of our Democrat power-hungry politicians. It is very unlikely that Generation X will ever vote Democrat again.
But, Republicans are not out of the woods, either. The thrift-spending by George W. Bush and Company is not easily forgotten. Republicans have demonstrated how inadequate their own leadership abilities are by practically laying down to Democrats when they were in power. When Pelosi and her mobsters took the helm, the remaining Republicans took far too long to find their principles. Therefore, it is rather suspicious that many Republicans are finding their conservative roots only when Obama seems to be nailed to the wall of desperation. Even if Republicans take control of Congress in 2010, they will run the risk of being just as ineffective and hapless as before. Audacious centrist-talking Democrats could emerge and take many back down the European-Socialist Damascus Road.
This is why the entire Congress needs a reboot. Until every existing Congressman is replaced with newbies, the vices of Washington, DC will remain tucked away in the shadows. While I do support Republicans right now in order to send Democrats back to their villages, I am skeptical of Republicans for the long-term. It is parties such as the Tea-Party and the Conservative-Party who will be our next great hope.
Where are you Obi-Wan? Only time will tell.

America has three branches of government. The Legislative branch made up of the clowns in Congress, draft and pass laws that keep us regular people in line. You haven’t heard of the King branch? Its the branch formally known as the Executive Branch. However, when President Obama came into office, he declared The King Branch has the privilege of being superior to the other branches. The King can criticize Justices in a public forum for interpreting law differently than he had wished. He can also lecture the American people telling us that what we hear and believe is not true. The King Branch can use its own math to calculate jobs saved or created. This math is known as Obametry. The latest arrogant actions of our King are his healthcare reform directives. Despite outcries from his American people against healthcare reform, he At the 2010 healthcare Summit, he defended his own prolonged pontification by declaring, "I Don’t Count My Time Because I’m The President." Remember, the most important branch of government is now the King Branch. In contrast, the King’s fearless subjects are counting the time until he leaves office. Americans want a President, not a King. In 2012, we will get one. Change is great. |
Republicans is so stupid. They show up to the healthcare summit today trying to look strong. The reality is that they are more like sleeping cows in the pasture. Obama is going to have them tipped over and laugh as they fall from grace.
Instead of crawling into the pasture with a bunch of loser Liberals, Republicans should have taken the offensive. They should have scheduled their own summit and invited Obama to that summit. Instead, they let Obama grandstand and control the dialog. Then they are dumb enough to show up, looking like fools with their pants on the ground.
This is why no incumbent Republican should be allowed to stay in office this year. Instead of acting like a party that will gain control after the 2010 elections, they signal that everyone else (but them) is in control of Washington.
Maybe that is not so bad after all? Americans are in control of Washington, not those clowns attending some of the greatest shows on earth.
